Register for Student Sabbath Invites

This form puts your student on the Student Sabbath invite list. Each month, leading up to Student Sabbath Sunday, the email submitted through this form will receive an invite in the name of your student to sign-up for a role in worship for Student Sabbath Sunday.

When you receive your invite email, signing up is as simple as clicking the sign-up link, selecting the desired role, and selecting "Submit."
Please enter the email and cell phone number that you would like associated with your student to receive invite emails to sign up for Student Sabbath & other opportunites. 

This may be a parent or caretaker email & phone number.

If your student is a youth with their own email, and you would like them to receive invites for them to respond to themselves, please provide their email & phone number.
