Join the Fall Festival Team! 🍂🎪

Thank you for helping us create an amazing, safe, and fun environment for our neighborhood and kids! Please review the time commitments for our roles below before selecting your area:

🚧 Setup Crew: Arrive at 3:00 PM

🎪 Station Leaders: Arrive by 3:30 PM (Festival starts at 4:00 PM)

🧹 Cleanup Crew: 6:00 PM until finished

🍪 Bakery Brigade: Drop off treats at 4:00 PM on Festival day or Sunday morning. ⚠️ CRITICAL BAKING NOTE: For the safety of our kids, all treats (homemade or store-bought) MUST be completely nut-free and pre-portioned into individual serving sizes (like baggies or cupcake liners).

How would you like to help make the Fall Festival amazing?

Station Leader: Running a fun game or craft table during the event. Setup Crew: Arriving early to set up talbe and Cleanup Crew: Staying a few minutes late to help pack things away. Bakery Brigade: I will drop off a baked good!
